Today’s property managers work hand-in-hand with asset managers and often serve as asset managers themselves. Asset Management shows professionals how to build value in real estate assets - creating confidence with investors, owners, and building tenants.
You will become familiar with measuring financial performance and performing critical due diligence for acquiring and disposing of assets. You will also learn the unique challenges of handling troubled real estate-owned (REO) properties and how to select and oversee a property management firm.
In this course, you will discover the asset manager's role, function, and place in real estate and business; and master the ability to outperform competitors.
