Three membership types are available: Principal Member, Young Leader Principal Member and Allied Member.

Principal Member - CHOOSE EITHER PAY NOW OR INVOICE OPTION
Principal Membership is open to individuals of a company that owns, manages, develops or leases commercial real estate.
Dues: $795 per affiliate/representative.

BOMA Orange County PAC: Suggested donation is $35. (PAC improves the influence of government on the commercial real estate industry.)

Young Leader Principal Member - CHOOSE EITHER PAY NOW OR INVOICE OPTION
Young Leader Principal Membership is open to individuals, age 35 and under, who would qualify for full Principal Membership. If an individual is already a Principal Member, he/she is ineligible to apply for Young Leader Principal Membership.
Dues: $100 per affiliate/representative.

*NEW PRINCIPAL YOUNG LEADERS DUES STRUCTURE*

• Years 1-3  $100/year
• Years 4-5  $325/year
• Years 6+   $795/year - Full Principal Membership Rate

All Young Leader benefits will remain the same until said member “ages-out” of Young Leader Program.

Allied Members
Allied Membership is open to a company that provides products/services for/in the commercial real estate and/or related industry.
Dues: $1250 includes 3 affiliates/representatives. $500 per additional affiliate/representative.
