Thank you for your interest in joining BOMA Orange County.
We offer three categories of membership to meet the needs of professionals and companies in the commercial real estate industry:
Principal Member
For professionals whose companies own, manage, develop, or lease commercial real estate.
Dues: $850 per representative
Payment Options: Pay now or request an invoice
BOMA Orange County PAC: A suggested donation of $35 supports our advocacy efforts on behalf of the commercial real estate industry
Emerging Professional Member
For Principal Members (property managers and building management staff) in their first five years of experience in commercial real estate — regardless of age.
This category offers discounted dues, tailored programming, and early career leadership development opportunities.
Dues Based on Experience:
- 1–3 Years: $100/year
- 4–5 Years: $325/year
- 6+ Years: $850/year (automatically transitions to full Principal Member dues)

BOMA Orange County PAC: Suggested $35 donation
Allied Member
For companies that provide products or services to the commercial real estate industry.
Dues: $1,350 (includes 3 representatives)
Add-ons: $500 per additional representative
Please Note: Due to membership category balance requirements, there is currently a 12–15 month waitlist for Allied Members.
