Martin Brothers Consulting Services (MBCS) brings extensive expertise with a team that includes 5 Certified Access Specialists (CASp), 2 Division off the State Architect (DSA) Class 1 Inspectors, 5 APAC-BE certified professionals, 7 Certified ADA Coordinators (ADAC), and 2 ICC - certified Accessibility Inspectors/Plans Examiners. This strong credential base enables us to deliver thorough accessibility surveys, transition plans, and clear guidance on ADA requirements. Our CASp professionals review plans early in the process to help ensure ADA considerations are integrated before construction begins and to identify non-compliant elements in existing facilities, helping clients reduce risk and prevent accessibility-related claims.

At MBCS we actively continue our education in the discipline of accessibility and building safety through seminars, classes, and working alongside other well-known professionals in the industry.

We work on a wide range of projects. From office complexes and retail centers to multi-family housing and government buildings, we provide accessibility consulting services to organizations of all types.
