Gina L. Osborn is a former FBI executive, keynote speaker, and executive advisor who helps leaders make better decisions under pressure. Her career spans U.S. Army Counterintelligence, the FBI, and executive leadership at Los Angeles Metro. Today, she is the creator of The Maverick Leadership Method™, a framework for building ownership, stabilizing chaos, and leading through uncertainty. She also hosts the Making Maverick Moves podcast, where she explores leadership, courage, and consequential decision-making today.
